10 Commandments of Business
This workshop, The 10 Commandments of BusinessTM, is designed to give you the business owner, knowledge that will have you look at what you are doing in a different way. It will enhance the results you are getting.... and if need be, give you renewed enthusiasm for your venture...
What's the newest cutting-edge business theory out there right now?
It’s the one that’s guaranteed to raise profits, lower costs, turn your customers into raving fans, all while attracting and retaining employees who take pride in excellent performance. Actually- there's no such theory. Business theories get popular, and then fall out of favor – they come and go all the time. There’s really nothing new that hasn't been talk about, written about, and followed for well over 100 years.
You can look way back at every successful business in history, and find that they ran according to ageless, enduring principles.
Principles are unchanging, or as we will refer them as Commandments—they are steadfast essentials for growing the business your desire.
They are:
- Thou Shalt Create a Business Plan and have Goals.
- Thou Shalt use thy time Wisely.
- Thou Shalt not curse “Selling” and “Sales."
- Thou Shalt Market thy Business.
- Thou Shalt Manage thy money.
- Thou Shalt take care of thyself- Nobody else will.
- Thou Shalt get Creative.
- Thou Shalt Lead the Way (but get help when you get lost).
- Thou Shalt spell “Success” with a ‘P’.
- Thou Shalt not Compromise thy Values.
